I am not comfortable conducting online transactions, how can I be assured?

How do you sell high end products at such low prices?
We receive all our items at a much lower cost from retailers due to their condition. Because these items are high end, not one flaw is allowed to be sold at their stores. Therefore, we end up with these items at a discounted rate due to their minor flaws such as scratches, missing boxes and dust bags, thread pulls.......etc. 

Where do you get your products from?
We get our products from different sources such as vendors acting on behalf of the retailers, auction houses, and consignment. Most of our products are new floor models, returned merchandise, or gently used.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only within 7 days from delivery confirmation on items that were not as described or damaged upon arrival. All sales are final on all other cases. Checkout our return policy here.
