Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. If 7 days have gone by since your “delivered” date as confirmed by the postal service, we are unable offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be not as described. We do not accept returns on buyers' remorse. Further, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging as you received it in order for us to accept the return.

 

To complete your return, you must contact us first. We will issue you a return merchandise number (RMA) with instructions on how to proceed with your return. The instructions are also noted below under “Shipping”. Please do not send your purchase back to us before contacting us first.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 calendar days from receipt of your item. If not approved, your item will be sent back to you. Return shipping fees will be at your expense.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account and
then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note “RETURNED MERCHANDISE” on package label when returning the item to avoid being charged customs. Failure to do so may result in customs fees which will be deducted from the refund amount. We are not responsible for custom fees on returned merchandise.

All returns must be shipped via a trackable system to confirm delivery of your item. Otherwise, you may elect not to use this system but it is at your own risk should the item go missing. We will not issue a refund if the item is not in our possession
